Labour law
Tension, discord or disputes at work drain energy and can be complicated issues. And in case of staff cutbacks due to economic or other reasons the process requires care. Our labour law section knows that. As one of the largest labour law sections in the Tilburg region we have successfully taken up many cases. We represent both employers and employees and as a result of that, know how law is applied on both sides. We think strategically and out of the box in order to produce the best result.
We may count ourselves among the high-level legal parties and work fast, reducing costs. Together with you we will go all out, working as proactive, practical experts to produce acceptable and fair solutions. Sometimes a sound advice is sufficient to prevent lengthy issues. If possible we work out arrangements or settlements to prevent legal procedures. Our aim is a pleasant, smooth cooperation with you as a client: we need each other to produce the best results.
Labour law is a very dynamic field of law. Our section forms a strong, committed team with scientific connections (various members of the section are affiliated to Tilburg University). We share our knowledge by means of publications in leading magazines and organize knowledge sessions for our clients. In addition to that we are an active member of specialist associations, including Vereniging Labour law Advocaten Nederland. Our expertise enables us to take up any issue, also more complex matters. For cases related to civil service law we have a dedicated civil service law section.
