Mediation
Litigating is time and cost-consuming. More and more often parties opt to try and prevent or resolve a dispute by means of mediation. During this voluntary process the parties work together towards a solution in which the interests of all parties are sufficiently recognized.
Mediation requires the best possible combination of knowledge and skills. For that very reason the lawyers of our Mediation section are registered with MfN and/or vFAS. They know how to support a mediation process in the best way possible in order to produce the best results possible for the parties.
