In addition to his work as a lawyer he also performs numerous other positions. He is for instance supervisory director by nomination with a technology concern and he works for OR\/magazine as a columnist.<\/p>\n<p>Joost is frequently invited as a speaker during conventions and seminars. And on top of that he combines his practice as a layer with writing countless scientific articles. His specializations are employee participation law, collective labour law and corporate law. He often uses his knowledge and experience for works councils, directors and supervisory bodies who face complex issues involving employee participation.
