Op 9 oktober 2025 is het faillissement van B.V. Vormenfabriek Tilburg uitgesproken. Mr. T.M. Schraven van ons kantoor is als curator aangesteld. In het faillissementsvonnis heeft de Rechtbank al aangegeven dat er een afkoelingsperiode is gelast. Dat betekent dat de crediteuren die een beroep op eigendomsvoorbehoud doen, hun vordering onderbouwd kunnen indienen zonder dat zij direct hun spullen kunnen komen ophalen. Met een dergelijk groot faillissement heeft de curator immers tijd nodig om de rechten van alle partijen te onderzoeken. Na afloop van de afkoelingsperiode van twee maanden, zullen de crediteuren wiens beroep op eigendomsvoorbehoud gehonoreerd wordt, uitgenodigd worden hun zaken op te halen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ge\u00efnteresseerden in het doorstarten van de actviteiten of het overnemen van (im)materi\u00eble activa van de Vormenfabriek worden uigenodigd om hun interesse kenbaar te maken via p.vankuijk@devoort.nl<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On October 9, 2025, B.V. Vormenfabriek Tilburg<\/a> was declared bankrupt. Mr T.M. Schraven from our firm has been appointed as trustee. In the bankruptcy ruling, the court has already indicated that a cooling-off period has been ordered. This means that creditors who invoke retention of title can submit their substantiated claims without being able to collect their goods immediately. After all, with such a large bankruptcy, the trustee needs time to investigate the rights of all parties. At the end of the two-month cooling-off period, creditors whose claims based on retention of title are upheld will be invited to collect their goods.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
