Onlangs is de minimale vergoeding verhoogd naar \u20ac 5.857,00. Dit bedrag is van toepassing op huurders die na 1 maart 2015 verhuizen. Verhuurders zijn verplicht om een vergoeding te betalen aan huurders van onder meer zelfstandige woonruimte. Deze regeling geldt zowel bij renovatie waarbij de huurovereenkomst doorloopt als bij renovatie of sloop waarbij de huurovereenkomst eindigt. Voor zelfstandige woonruimte geldt met ingang van maart 2015 het hiervoor genoemde bedrag. In 2014 was de vergoeding \u20ac 5.799,00, in 2013 was de vergoeding \u20ac 5.658,00 en in 2012 was de vergoeding \u20ac 5.520,00.
