Een belangrijkste stap: wordt de ambtenaar werknemer of niet? In dit White Paper wordt het wetsvoorstel en de impact voor de medezeggenschap behandeld. Zodra duidelijkheid bestaat dat het wetsvoorstel ook daadwerkelijk wordt aangenomen, zal dit in een boekwerk worden uitgewerkt.
