Graag nodigen wij jullie uit voor de volgende bijeenkomst van het OR Platform 013 op vrijdag 17 november a.s. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Deze keer mogen wij te gast zijn bij Fujifilm<\/strong>, waar wij bovendien een unieke inkijk krijgen in de Open Innovation Hub.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Het thema voor deze middag is de \u201cOntwikkeling en beoordeling van OR-leden\u201d.<\/strong> Het OR-werk wordt niet of nauwelijks meegenomen in de beoordeling en soms zien OR-leden hun beoordeling zelfs achteruit gaan. Hoe benutten OR-leden hun extra opgedane kennis en kwaliteiten in hun eigen functie? Zeker na afloop van een zittingsperiode. Worden OR-leden hierin begeleid? Wij gaan hier graag samen over in gesprek.<\/p>\n

Het programma ziet er als volgt uit:<\/p>\n

12.30 uur Ontvangst
\n13.00 uur Introductie door Fuji
\nGesprek\/discussie over thema
\n15.00 uur Rondleiding Fuji
\n16.00 uur Borrel en afsluiting.<\/p>\n

Aanmelden kan t\/m 10 november 2017 via: l.vandeneijnden@devoort.nl. Wil je hierbij vermelden met hoeveel OR-leden je aanwezig zult zijn? Het is belangrijk dat je bij de aanmelding jouw naam, en de naam van eventuele OR-leden, doorgeeft die op jouw legitimatiebewijs <\/strong>staat. Dit legitimatiebewijs dien je tevens mee te nemen op 17 november om het terrein van Fuji op te kunnen. Zorg tevens dat je op tijd aanwezig bent, in verband met een instructie safety film en de wandeling naar de locatie.<\/p>\n

Daarnaast vinden wij het erg leuk als er nog meer ondernemingsraden uit Tilburg aansluiten. Ken jij OR-en die willen deelnemen? Stuur de uitnodiging door!<\/p>\n
