We provide advice on finance structures, drawing up and evaluation of agreements and general terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Taking risks is part and parcel of enterprise. Together with you we try to reduce those risks by establishing securities and if necessary making arrangements to limit risks as much as possible, for the enterprise itself as well as for directors, supervisory bodies and shareholders.
